The Editor Toolbar
The Editor toolbar is located in the top-right corner of the Editor:
The toolbar is always available except when the user selects a build tool, such as The Diagram or Emission Designator tool, in which case the build tool screen is displayed and the Editor background is grayed out to indicate inaccessibility:
